Account Settings

Update your profile, password, security settings, and manage your account.

The Settings page is where you manage everything about your Eatgent account. Here's what you'll find there.

Food Profile card

At the top of your settings, the Food Profile card shows a summary of your current preferences — cooking persona, diet type, primary goal, cooking time, spice tolerance, household size, restrictions, cuisines, health goals, and special notes.

Click Update to re-enter the preference flow and make changes. See Updating Preferences for details.

Profile settings

Update your name, email address, and profile picture. Changes save automatically.

Password

Change your account password. You'll need to enter your current password to set a new one.

Multi-factor authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account by enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA). Once enabled, you'll need a verification code in addition to your password when signing in.

Linked accounts

If you signed up using a social login provider (like Google), you can view and manage your linked accounts here.

Deleting your account

If you need to permanently delete your account, you'll find this option in the Danger Zone at the bottom of the settings page. Account deletion removes all of your data, including your food profile, meal plan history, and preferences.

You'll be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This action cannot be undone.
