Your First Meal Plan

What to expect when Eatgent generates your first week of recipes.

After you confirm your food profile, Eatgent immediately starts generating your first weekly meal plan. There's nothing else you need to do — just wait a moment while the recipes are matched.

What you'll see

Your meal plan appears as a grid of seven recipe cards, one for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday). Each card includes:

  • The day of the week
  • A recipe image
  • The recipe title
  • A color-coded fit score showing how well the recipe matches your profile
  • Prep time and cook time
  • Number of servings
  • A brief explanation of why the recipe was chosen for you
  • A preview of the first few ingredients

From here, you can browse your recipes, swap any meal you're not excited about, or dive into the full recipe details.
