Understanding fit scores
Fit scores help you quickly judge how well a recipe suits you:
- Green (80–100) — Excellent match
- Yellow (60–79) — Good match
- Red (below 60) — Low match
Scores factor in your nutrition goals, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, and your history of accepting or swapping recipes. They improve over time as Eatgent learns what you like.
